These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern text message programs operated by Empowering Humans, LLC ("Empowering Humans," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

The essentials: We run three SMS programs. Up to 10 messages per month per program. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

1. Program Overview

Empowering Humans, LLC operates text message programs to send marketing alerts, platform notifications, appointment reminders, lead follow-up, and related communications to subscribers who have opted in. These SMS Terms apply to all messages sent from or on behalf of Empowering Humans across our three programs.

2. Our SMS Programs

We operate the following distinct SMS programs. Each requires its own opt-in:

3. How to Opt In

You can opt in to one or more of our SMS programs by:

  • Submitting your phone number through a form on one of our websites and checking a consent checkbox;
  • Texting a keyword (such as START, JOIN, or a program-specific keyword) to our number;
  • Providing your phone number during account signup and agreeing to receive SMS as part of the signup flow;
  • Speaking verbal consent during a call with our team or AI assistant;
  • Clicking a confirmation link or reply keyword sent to verify opt-in.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

4. Message Frequency

You can expect to receive up to 10 messages per month per program to which you have subscribed. Actual message frequency may vary based on your account activity, event-driven triggers, and the nature of the program. If you are subscribed to multiple programs, you may receive up to 10 messages per month per program.

5. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Empowering Humans does not charge for messages. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

6. How to Opt Out

You can cancel any SMS program at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message from that program. After you send a STOP message, we will send a final confirmation message. You will no longer receive messages from that program.

If you are subscribed to multiple programs and wish to opt out of all of them, reply STOP ALL, or email [email protected] from the email associated with your account.

Opting out of SMS does not unsubscribe you from email or other communications; manage those separately.

7. Help & Support

For help with any SMS program, reply HELP or INFO to any message. You will receive a response with the program name, how to opt out, and our contact information. You can also email [email protected] or call 888-205-9657.

8. Supported Carriers

Our SMS programs are supported on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Message Delivery

Message delivery is subject to the transmission limitations of your carrier, device, and mobile network. We do not guarantee that every message will be delivered, and we are not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected messages. If you change or deactivate the phone number you used to opt in, you agree to notify us so we can update our records.

10. Privacy

Information we collect in connection with SMS programs is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell phone numbers to third parties. Phone numbers and opt-in data are shared with our SMS infrastructure providers (such as Twilio and carrier networks) solely to deliver messages.

12. AI-Generated Messages

Some of the messages you receive may be drafted or sent by artificial intelligence, including AI-generated responses to your replies. When you reply to our messages, your responses may be processed by AI and used to generate a contextually relevant next message. Where required by applicable law, we will identify messages or conversations as AI-generated. Your SMS interactions may be recorded and used as described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

13. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide. You may not provide a number that is not yours or opt in someone else.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued participation in our SMS programs after changes constitutes acceptance.
